- Dhritarashtra knows what the Pandavas are up to even in exile because of his spies
- Duryodhana camps near the Pandavas in the forest because he plans on humiliating him but he ends up getting captured during a battle the Pandavas save him
- Pandavas end up at a magical lake where they receive the gift of unrecognizability for their 13th year in exile
- Kichaka is killed by one of the Pandavas after he rapes their wife
- when Duryodhana hears of Kichaka's death, he is suspicious
- Pandavas and Duryodhana recruit allies for the upcoming war
- Arjuna teams up with Pandavas and Duryodhana receives Arjuna's 1 million soldiers
- Pandavas ask for peace one last time and the king's wife begs him to exile Dhritarashtra and bring back the Pandavas but the king can't resist his son
